The SG-2/1×25/MF machine for projection welding with a vision system, has been specially designed for precise welding of handles to cylindrical thermal cups. Modern vision system automatically recognizes the welding location. Than the rotary drive sets the part in the ideal position based on data from the camera.

At the heart of the device is a 1000 Hz Tecna inverter transformer, which ensures a stable process and the highest quality welds. The process is controlled by a reliable Siemens PLC and HMI panel, guaranteeing intuitive operation and easy integration with production processes.
The entire structure is based on solid aluminum profiles, which ensure rigidity and a modern look. In addition, the machine is equipped with a closed-circuit water cooler, which increases efficiency and reliability.
