Specialized welding stations

Specialized welding stations are technically advanced devices, designed for specific tasks. The degree of process automation, control and safety as well as the scope and accuracy of measurement of process parameters depend on the client’s requirements. As part of the station, in addition to resistance welding, other operations such as pressing details, calibration, resistance test of the weld, palletizing or laying on the final station are often carried out. At the request of customers, mainly from the automotive industry, we use advanced systems for detailed measurement of welding process parameters together with data collection, Poka-Yoke control solutions, Error Proofing tests of control systems, tooling identification systems and controlled access levels.

The recipients of specialized welding stations are manufacturers of automotive subassemblies, steel furniture, welded fence and reinforcement meshes, steel casings, ventilation systems and other metal products.
