The station consists of a Komax Kappa 320 machine for cutting and stripping wires, a system for feeding a wire from a roll ADS115, a TECNA alternating current welding machine with a power of 50 kVA (P = 50%) for briquetting wires and two manipulators for automatic feeding and receiving of finished wires.

The station is adapted to the processing of wires with a cross-section of 2.5 to 6 mm2 and a length of 45 to 600 mm, the width of the briquetting can be easily changed between 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm. Parameters such as cable length, stripping length and the choice of single or double-sided welding are available from the operator panel. The production capacity, depending on the type of cable is in the range of 600-700 pieces per hour.

The stand is available with an integrated closed-loop water cooler. The machine is built in accordance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and equipped with systems ensuring operator safety.
