The machine is equipped with four welding heads, powered by two 200 kVA transformers. Four precision handle welding devices are mounted on the mounting plate, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability of the process. Appropriate control sensors and clamps further enhance stability and work quality.
Control is provided by a reliable Siemens PLC and a dedicated Tecna welding parameter controller. A cooling water flow and air pressure monitoring system ensures trouble-free machine operation, while an optical curtain and spark guards protect the operator, meeting the highest safety standards.
