The construction of the spot welding station for kitchen hoods is based on a rotary table with four work stations. The first station is used to load and receive the finished hood after welding. The other three stations perform welding of subsequent points in an automatic cycle.

The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC controller and a Tecna TE800 welding parameter controller. The operator’s safe work is ensured by a mechanical gate with a pressure strip.
