Spot – projection welding machines are capable of spot and projection welding using AC, DC, or MFDC techniques. They typically feature T-plates for mounting fixtures and achieving maximum pressure precision along the cylinder axis. Cylinders above 1242 daN feature serial chambers with the option of disconnecting one of them, a smooth approach function, and a spherical cylinder foot mount (precise T-plate contact).
Larger models of these welders are capable of welding massive multi-projection elements, tight annular projections, and non-standard projections. The use of MFDC inverter technology also allows for excellent results when welding aluminum, stainless steel, coated steel, and dissimilar materials.
Spot – projection welding machines, equipped with appropriate welding jigs, are used to weld a variety of three-dimensional details. One welder can operate with several different devices, which, thanks to their design, can be easily interchanged.
