The workstation, featuring a working area of 2500×1500 mm, has been designed to enable the welding of various types of studs in any configuration onto steel sheets of different sizes and shapes.
The workstation is equipped with three welding heads, supplied by vibratory bowl feeders and capacitor discharge power sources. The range of welded studs includes: standard M4-M8 and flanged M8, made of low-carbon and stainless steel, with lengths ranging from 6 to 30 mm.
