You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to your personal data and to demand that we restrict the processing of your data and that we transfer it.
If you think that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: exchange of correspondence, answering a question asked in the form, fulfilling the agreement concluded between you and Smoltech, as well as for the purposes related to marketing Smoltech products and services, provided that you have consented to send information of a marketing nature by electronic means.
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of exchanging correspondence or implementing the agreement.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU L 2016 N.19, p. 1) – hereafter GDPR, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to whom we are obliged to provide data under the applicable laws, as well as entities providing services to us related to the marketing of our products and services, providing IT services, courier and postal services, legal services, our contractors and subcontractors, if the transfer of your data is necessary for the performance of the agreement to which you are a party.
Your personal data will be processed by us for the entire period of time, during which it will be necessary for the purpose indicated in point 4. not longer than until you express your objection to the processing or the withdrawal of your consent to the processing, the termination of the performance of the contract including the expiration of the statute of limitations of claims or the expiration of the archiving obligation resulting from separate mandatory provisions of the law.
If you provide information to third parties by e-mail, you are obliged to provide them with the above information.
