The stand 6121/S/MF is based on a standard TECNA inverter welder with a power of 90 kVA (P=50%).

The welding machine is equipped with a replaceable device for projection welding of nuts to a strap or two strap brackets. On the bottom plate of the device there are strap base pins. Under the pins on which the nuts are put, fiber optic sensors are placed to check the correct arrangement of the nuts before welding. In addition, inductive sensors are installed on the device to detect the correct strap placement.

The welder together with the device is controlled by a master PLC Siemens controller and a microprocessor controller of welding parameters TE700. The operator’s safety is ensured by a cage made of aluminum profiles and polycarbonate diffusers, as well as a front optical curtain.
